Chapter 135: The Aura of the Supreme

Chapter 135: The Aura of the Supreme

The divine mountain was enveloped in a radiant glow, with rays of light bursting forth in all directions like a meteor shower, brilliant and awe-inspiring.

Little Dot sat cross-legged on a large boulder, his entire body glowing. Despite closing his pores and covering his mouth and nose, rays of light transformed from the Taiyi True Water continued to pour out, making the mountain peak a dazzling sight.

"This is too extravagant! He deserves to be struck by lightning for this!" The big red bird stretched its neck, eyes wide with shock, its feathers standing on end in disbelief.

This was no mere dew on a blade of grass, nor was it the rain pouring from the sky. This was the true Taiyi True Water, a single drop of which could cause an uproar in the outside world.

Yet now, such a sacred substance was being squandered by a little kid. The big red bird found it hard to believe, howling like a wolf rather than a ferocious bird.

"If you can't refine it, give it to me! Don't waste it!" The big red bird, its eyes red with envy, opened its beak and spat out a black cauldron. Symbols flashed as it began to absorb the divine liquid.

"Let me help you," Xiao Tian said, also feeling it was a shame to waste it, and lent the big red bird a hand.

"Thank you, kind-hearted youth! You are destined to rise to great heights in the future," the big red bird expressed its gratitude.

Xiao Tian almost walked away right then and there.

The black cauldron suspended in mid-air was terrifying, covered with dense symbols that wove together lightning and flames, sealing off the area.

Upon closer inspection, this was not a real iron cauldron but a bird egg polished into a cauldron, its dark luster shimmering like jet-black jade.

The Taiyi True Water, having left its source, was no longer as powerful or conscious, and the small amount that had escaped was quickly gathered into the black cauldron.

"Haha, what a treasure!" The big red bird's beak opened wide, almost splitting in two as it drooled, quickly wiping its mouth with its fiery red wing.

Xiao Tian was speechless. This bird had the same gluttonous tendencies as his newfound friend, drooling at the sight of something valuable. What was wrong with them?

On the boulder, Little Dot opened one eye, and more rays of light immediately flew out. He quickly shut his eyes, covered his mouth, and mumbled incoherently, "That's my divine liquid."

"Haha, it's mine now! Keep talking and let out more rays of light," the big red bird jeered.

The silver-robed youth also tried to persuade him, saying, "Brother, I think you should spit it out. Don't hold it in. This is Taiyi True Water, not some elixir. Swallowing it like this could lead to serious problems."

"It's okay, I've already refined some of it. I can manage," Little Dot mumbled, his words barely intelligible with his mouth covered.

"What? You can actually refine it?" The big red bird's eyes widened in surprise, and it quickly imitated him, crossing its long bird legs and sitting on the grass, hugging the black cauldron with its wings. In one gulp, it swallowed all the divine liquid, then immediately began refining it.

"Brother, even if you can refine it, you've taken in too much. If you haven't swallowed ten catties, it's at least eight. You should spit some of it out, or I'm afraid the Taiyi True Water will end up consuming you instead," Xiao Tian worried.

Little Dot said nothing more, covering his mouth with wide eyes, his cheeks puffed out as he sat cross-legged, putting all his strength into activating symbols to refine the liquid.

The sound of Dao reverberated as symbols flashed. Before long, mist billowed and rays of light filled the air around Little Dot, completely shrouding the mountain peak in light.

At this point, the Taiyi True Water stopped escaping and instead began to gather around Little Dot, trying to reverse the process and refine him instead.

This was a divine substance with unimaginable intelligence. Once it made such a decision, it became incredibly dangerous.

Xiao Tian gasped, clutching the jade jar in his arms. Thankfully, the jar contained a stabilizing pearl; otherwise, the divine liquid inside wouldn't remain so calm.

"Aooow!"

Finally, the big red bird couldn't hold it in any longer and spat out the divine liquid, which turned into a ray of light. However, it was quick to react, opening its beak wide and sucking it all back in.

"If this fierce kid can hold on, so can I!" it cried.

On the boulder, Little Dot's body was crystal clear, covered in countless symbols, and within him, the Taiyi True Water was fiercely battling.

Some of the divine liquid had already merged with his flesh, making his body even more radiant. He had actually managed to refine part of it, enhancing himself.

This was an unimaginable essence, vast and powerful beyond belief. If Little Dot wanted to fully refine it, it would be incredibly difficult. His body might very well break under the strain.

This was only because his physical body was comparable to that of a young Heavenly Tier ancient beast. Anyone else would have exploded by now.

"I won't give up!" Little Dot's eyes were wide open, his cheeks puffed out as he covered his mouth, refusing to concede, making one final effort.

"Boom!"

The Taiyi True Water retaliated, resisting refinement and surging violently within him. His entire body seemed to be on fire.

"Oh my, is he going to explode? Maybe I should watch first," the big red bird had been keeping an eye on him. Seeing this, it spat out the divine liquid again, quickly sealing it in the black cauldron, trying to suppress and contain it.

Xiao Tian felt nauseous. That divine liquid was now unusable by anyone else. This bird was truly something else.

"Boom!"

The Taiyi True Water surged again, causing Little Dot's body to tremble violently, as if he were a leaf in the ocean, about to be overturned and shattered by the waves.

He puffed out his cheeks and mumbled, "If it really doesn't work, I'll use it to nourish two treasures instead."

Little Dot would never risk his life. No matter how good the divine liquid was, he couldn't forcefully absorb it. If it proved too much, he would have to let some of it go.

"Boom!"

Another massive wave hit him. His entire body shook violently, his bones ringing as they were washed by the divine liquid, on the verge of breaking.

But then, his chest suddenly heated up, emitting a brilliant light and a terrifying energy that caused the heavens and earth to pale.

The sky rumbled as clouds surged, echoing the rising and falling of his chest, while the mountains all around roared, as if they were about to shatter.

The silver-robed youth was stunned, hurriedly activating his treasure to protect himself, scarcely able to believe what he was witnessing. The big red bird was even more shocked, its mouth hanging wide open, wings flapping uncontrollably.

Little Dot's chest heaved as if a bone were forming and glowing within, a sight that shook the heart. Thankfully, it was just a wave of energy and not a true release of divine power.

All the Taiyi True Water within Little Dot's body was subdued, transforming from agitation to tranquility, eventually turning into countless rays of light and converging on his chest.

It was as if a sun had formed there, dazzling and bright, and within this divine sun, a crystalline infant seemed to be sitting cross-legged.

Strands of essence like starry rivers converged there.

The Taiyi True Water was nothing more than nourishment, quickly absorbed by these strands of essence and merged into the small sun at the center, as if nurturing a supreme being, seated within.

Little Dot was shaken. He clearly felt a unique power awakening, as if it was trying to heal his injured body. The aura was familiar, as he had sensed it in his infancy.

"The Supreme Bone."

Little Dot’s large eyes were misty. Since his birth, so much had happened—one brutal and bloody tragedy after another. His precious bone was dug out, he was a direct descendant of the Wu King’s mansion, yet he wandered in exile, separated from his loved ones, with his parents' fate uncertain. All of this stemmed from that very bone.

Originally, his Supreme Bone and essence blood were taken away, implanted into that god-like boy, Shi Yi, and he thought he would never see them again.

But now, his chest was heating up, as if a bone was about to regenerate, emitting a dazzling light, transforming into a small sun that was too brilliant to look at directly.

Little Dot could clearly sense it—essence blood within him was reviving, regenerating, gathering strength, as if to regenerate the Supreme Bone.

"Willow God’s prediction has come true," he murmured to himself.

Throughout his journey, amidst laughter, anger, and tears, his heart had remained pure and unwavering. He was always striving to become the strongest, never faltering for even a moment.

Now, he felt great, his body bathed in a mysterious radiance. He could feel the intense heat and terrifying power in his chest, as if a supreme being truly lay dormant, waiting for him to awaken it.

"One day, I will regrow the Supreme Bone," Little Dot clenched his fists. He didn’t let happiness cloud his judgment; he was fully aware that just the Taiyi True Water alone wasn’t enough to regenerate that bone.

But he knew that someday it would come true, that he could achieve it. Today, he had already seen hope—the Supreme Bone would inevitably undergo nirvana and be reborn, and so would he. One day, he would emerge from divine flames, transcending the past, stronger than ever.

The Taiyi True Water was immensely powerful, containing boundless divine energy, something even the ancient sages needed. This time, Little Dot had drunk too much, yet all of it was absorbed by the glowing orb in his chest.

His body no longer emitted rays of light; all the divine liquid had been refined, merging into his chest, as if a divine furnace was burning there, which eventually dimmed and faded away.

"So powerful…"

In the distance, the big red bird breathed a sigh of relief. It had been terrified moments ago, when Little Dot’s chest had glowed, and it seemed as if the very heavens and earth were resonating with his breathing. It was utterly terrifying.

Now, everything finally calmed down. The place was quiet, and Little Dot’s body no longer glowed.

"Boom!"

Suddenly, a blazing divine light shot up, once again engulfing the mountain peak, startling the silver-robed youth and the big red bird, who thought that the terrifying scene from before was happening again.

But this time, they were overly worried. Little Dot’s entire body was glowing, and beside him appeared an eighth “volcano,” spewing “lava,” with an overwhelming force.

"He just broke through like that?"

Both Xiao Tian and the big red bird were astonished because there had been no signs, yet Little Dot had just easily opened it up.

A person with eight caves was already rare among humans, worthy of being called a prodigy. Now, Little Dot had easily broken through, making Xiao Tian and the big red bird suspect that this might not even be the limit of his potential. Perhaps one day, he might open up the ninth cave.

It’s important to know that the ninth cave is almost never seen in reality, only recorded in ancient books, and people have always doubted whether it truly exists.

Little Dot stood up, and before he had
