The blood holes were glaringly clear, with blood gushing out. The only consolation was that they didn’t affect the heart or the head; otherwise, it would have been a fatal blow. Covered in blood, Little Dot was in a tough battle, but he didn’t flinch, his gaze fixed ahead.
Despite the continuous injuries, Little Dot was enraged, but his eyes remained clear and calm. He was searching for the pangolin’s weak points, aiming to seize the perfect opportunity for a decisive strike.
The golden rain of light danced and grew even more dazzling, whistling down like a cascade of meteors from the heavens, both magnificent and terrifying.
Little Dot dodged, but the rain was too dense, covering everything and engulfing him.
Such attacks were most terrifying, impenetrable. Each light spot was a sharp golden scale, capable of piercing through mountains and gold, unbreakable, leaving gaping wounds if it struck the human body.
With a rumble, Little Dot withdrew his silver disc and set up a very passive defense. A silver radiance enveloped him, forming a special divine moon behind him.
It was a silver disc, sacred in appearance, as if silver flames were burning on it. Standing at its center, he was reflected as a small deity, holy and imposing.
The golden rain poured down, trying to pierce through the divine moon and turn Little Dot into a sieve.
The divine moon floated and was just large enough to cover Little Dot completely. The silver light flowed, blocking all the golden rain from getting close.
It was effective.
However, this was a highly passive defense, consuming immense spiritual energy. If this continued, Little Dot would eventually be drained, even with three “volcanoes” to replenish his energy; it was too passive.
After shedding its golden scales, the pangolin was left bare, looking somewhat ferocious. It was now at ease, believing it would soon rip Little Dot apart. With half-closed eyes and cold gleaming light, it awaited the final result.
Suddenly, just as the spirit beast had relaxed, a terrifying fluctuation erupted. The divine moon exploded, its holy light boiling, scattering all the golden scales, flying in all directions, and for a moment, they couldn’t gather again.
Then, with a whoosh, Little Dot soared up, swiftly crossing the sky. His ten fingers spread wide, aiming at the spirit beast, causing the atmospheric energy to become chaotic.
With a thunderous roar, mist emanated from his fingertips, and golden lightning struck out with devastating intensity. The lightning hit the spirit beast’s head, causing it to stagger, its skull nearly splitting open, blood gushing out, almost causing it to collapse into the dust.
The suddenness of the attack caught the spirit beast off guard. Although Little Dot seemed at a disadvantage, he launched a fierce counterattack that nearly defeated the spirit beast.
Little Dot used his most powerful treasure technique, obtained from the Suan Ni’s (a legendary creature) bones. After years of meticulous study, he had profound insights and deep mastery.
The spirit beast roared in fury, its scales flying off. Without its protective scales, it was heavily damaged by the golden lightning, emitting a burnt odor.
Previously, the spirit beast had underestimated Little Dot, thinking that even if a crisis arose, it could quickly summon back its scales for defense.
It was too confident. Little Dot had been waiting for the right moment, always prepared to launch a decisive strike at the crucial moment.
The golden scales rained down, filling the sky. For Little Dot, this was both a disaster and an opportunity. The pangolin’s scales were nearly impenetrable, but once detached, it was the best chance to strike.
He seized the opportunity and refused to back down.
Crack!
Golden lightning danced as Little Dot charged fiercely, exerting all his strength, unleashing a thunderous divine power. The area was filled with dense lightning, all striking the spirit beast.
Finally, the scorched body of the pangolin shook, large chunks of flesh falling off, revealing bones. The lightning’s might severely injured the spirit beast.
The pangolin roared in rage. The tiny enemy had proved to be so tricky, hiding such a powerful move, erupting at the most critical moment and causing it immense pain and anger.
It opened its mouth and let out a long howl, summoning the golden scales. But could it withstand the lightning? In that moment, another burst of lightning struck, sending it flying, breaking several bones, its body scorched, and it was on the verge of severe internal injuries.
The spirit beast felt a chill. It hadn’t expected Little Dot to be so troublesome, especially with the ancient Suan Ni’s treasure technique. The resonance of light mist and lightning was terrifying.
Clang!
Seeing the pangolin summon its scales, Little Dot deployed another powerful treasure technique. A silver moon rose, within which was an ancient demonic bird, slashing at the spirit beast.
With a whoosh, blood and flesh flew everywhere. The slash was earth-shattering, with silver light exploding. The demonic bird nearly sliced the spirit beast in half.
Finally, the golden rain returned, summoned back by the pangolin. The clang of metal rang out as the golden light flowed, covering its body and protecting it.
Once stable, it let out a deafening roar that shook the mountains and caused giant rocks to tumble. It glared at Little Dot, revealing its immense murderous intent.
Little Dot, fearful, continued to use lightning to lead the way. Lightning surged between his fingers, and golden symbols filled the sky, pressing down.
Boom!
Thunder deafened the ears as golden energy overwhelmed the area. Little Dot’s small body was enveloped in golden lightning, like a thunder god battling the pangolin.
The spirit beast’s scales glowed, but many were still blown apart, leaving it bloodied.
From a distance, a group of bandits felt their scalps tingle and their bodies tremble in fear. The mighty spirit beast was being beaten, which was hard for them to accept, feeling unreal.
“Die!”
A divine thought echoed. The golden pangolin roared, its head glowing as it released a radiant orb, so intense that it was blinding and terrifying, emitting a dragon’s roar and a serpent’s screech.
The world turned icy, and the previously seen brutal scenes reappeared, with one tribe after another being destroyed, corpses littering the field, and the land bathed in crimson.
“What is this?”
As it drew closer, Little Dot finally saw what it was. It resembled the upper and lower jaws of the spirit beast, the most solid parts of its body, capable of crushing mountains.
Astonishingly, these two golden bone pieces were connected. The light beam was so incredible it made the sun seem dim, and instead of stabbing, it was cutting like scissors, aiming to sever him in half.
Little Dot’s hair stood on end as he felt a deathly threat. The power fluctuation was terrifying. He didn’t confront it directly but dodged swiftly, moving sideways in an instant.
Crack!
The golden scissors sliced through, cutting the towering stone mountain ahead, causing the upper half to collapse with a thunderous roar.
The power was astonishing.
Little Dot gasped, realizing how formidable this treasure was.
Moreover, the golden bones exuded a terrifying aura, surpassing the spirit beast itself. The scenes of destroyed tribes and scattered corpses reflected the power of these bones.
“This isn’t its own treasure bone; it’s from another ancient species, a significant origin,” Little Dot keenly noted the anomaly.
The golden scissor was composed of two pieces of golden bone, dazzlingly bright. The intensity of the golden color was unmatched, far surpassing the spirit beast’s own pale golden bones.
“It’s refining and nurturing this bone, trying to revive the golden bone,” Little Dot observed with sharp eyes. The golden scissor was extraordinary, not something an ordinary person could possess.
He felt that this bone must have belonged to a pure-blooded, terrifying pangolin king. It was unclear how this spirit beast had obtained it.
“It’s quite ambitious, trying to revive the golden bone and regenerate it within its own body, but it’s ended up injuring its own fundamental life source,” Little Dot realized. He finally understood why the spirit beast was acting so unusually. Although it was formidable, it could not fully unleash its power.
This might be an opportunity. The bone contained a great deal of murderous aura and had caused numerous large-scale calamities. The pangolin had nearly torn apart its own life source in trying to refine it, almost dying in the process.
Now, its energy was severely depleted and it was nowhere near as strong as it once was. If the opportunity was seized, it might be possible to eliminate it today, which would be much easier than dealing with it at its peak strength.
“Let’s fight to the death,” Little Dot declared, his youthful face determined and his spirit high.
He was prepared to fight desperately, not sparing any effort. If he could kill this evil spirit, he would gain possession of this mysterious and powerful scissor, obtaining a remarkable treasure.
However, the pangolin was indeed too powerful, making it far from easy to deal with. It roared, sending symbols filling the sky, with the golden scissor spinning and cutting once more.
Faintly, the sound of dragon roars and serpent howls came through, impressive in its momentum. Whether it was giant rocks or trees, anything it touched would be sliced in two without a hint of doubt.
The golden bone shone with dragon patterns. Since the pangolin's bloodline contained dragon blood, inherited from ancient times, the original owner of the treasure bone was surely terrifying. The dragon patterns were a remarkable mark.
With a thunderous sound, Little Dot vanished from his spot. He naturally would not confront the attack head-on; the treasure was too terrifying.
Suddenly, mist enveloped the entire mountainous area, shrouding the primal forest. Eventually, visibility dropped to nothing, leaving everything in a hazy blur.
He used the Suan Ni’s treasure technique, which included both lightning and mist. This was an innate divine ability of the Suan Ni, allowing it to conceal itself and use thunder to fight.
The spirit beast went mad, continuously using the golden scissor in the thick mist to cut through the mountains and forests, destroying many rocks and giant trees. Several small mountains were affected, with their upper halves crashing down.
This was terrifying. The bone scissor was so powerful that it could even sever mountain peaks. It was truly a mysterious treasure.
Little Dot remained calm, hiding in the mist, constantly moving and changing positions while waiting for the right moment.
Clearly, the bone scissor was incredibly taxing. Even a powerful spirit beast like the golden pangolin couldn’t sustain it. After only a few uses, it began to shake, almost collapsing once.
It was furious, sensing that Little Dot was nearby. It used the treasure scissor, preparing for a killing blow, but each time, it missed.
The spirit beast paused, carefully sensing. The bone scissor was poised above its head, ready to be used. The treasure emitted divine light, with murderous intent shaking the surroundings.
A figure flashed behind it. The spirit beast’s eyes turned icy. Without turning around, the scissor flew straight, slicing through a person’s body, blood spraying and screams piercing through the forest.
The pangolin roared in anger, realizing it had killed the wrong person. It was an enemy thrown by Little Dot.
It quickly went on the defensive but was too late. A terrifying beam of light shot in, like a divine spear piercing from the sky, stabbing into its chest.
Sizzle!
A burnt odor emerged from the area. The scales and flesh cracked and fell off, revealing bones.
In the distance, Little Dot held a palm-sized treasure mirror, shimmering with light. It was crafted from a crystal-clear treasure bone, exuding a terrifying power.
It was the piece of treasure bone dug from the Suan Ni’s forehead years ago. After years of nurturing, Little Dot had turned it into a treasure mirror with formidable divine power.
Little Dot raised his hand, seizing the opportunity to strike. With a thunderous sound, another blazing divine light shot out like a sword, this time hitting a weak point on the spirit beast.
Previously, when the pangolin used the light rain attack, its scales were struck by Little Dot’s lightning, breaking a few bones. Now, the spirit beast suffered another severe blow.
The light emitted by the crystal-clear bone mirror was also a form of lightning, brilliant and intimidating, like the thunder god attacking.
Several bones instantly shattered, and the spirit beast’s internal organs were injured. It let out a thunderous roar, unable to believe that such a tiny, bug-like human could be so fierce. Given the chance, it would certainly amplify its efforts and kill fiercely.
It quickly maneuvered the golden scissor to attack Little Dot, aiming to destroy him.
With the attack underway, Little Dot could not afford to make mistakes. A complex ancient symbol appeared on the bone mirror in his hand, emitting the most intense light, penetrating the pangolin’s body.
Puff!
The internal organs were shattered, and the pangolin suffered a severe blow that could potentially be fatal.
Having succeeded, Little Dot decisively retreated, avoiding any further reckless actions. He moved swiftly, hiding once again in the mist.
With a buzzing sound, the golden scissor flew through the air, slicing through the mountains. The spirit beast went berserk, searching for Little Dot, but despite its formidable power, it could not find its opponent.
Little Dot’s eyes were clear and bright as he hid in the shadows, holding the smooth and shimmering bone mirror, ready for the final killing blow.
However, before he could act, the spirit beast cried out in agony as it experienced a sudden change. Its body cracked all over, golden symbols flickering, and then, with a loud bang, it broke apart.
Its ambition was great, continually refining and nurturing the treasure scissor, hoping to rejuvenate it and defy the heavens. Naturally, it failed, injuring its own foundation, and after a fierce battle, it exploded completely.
Puff!
The spirit beast shattered into pieces and died on the spot. The golden light flashed, and the bone scissor fell from the sky onto the mountainside.
