Chapter 160: The Reincarnated Eyes

Chapter 160: The Reincarnated Eyes

This youth is truly remarkable. For a human to reach such a level is simply inconceivable; it’s a once-in-a-lifetime sight," the stone murmured, its surface shimmering with a brilliant luster on the small figure’s hair.

The small figure’s expression was grave. Shi Yi’s mastery of talismans was terrifying and inscrutable, making it hard to gauge just how powerful and formidable he was at the moment.

The talented individuals from various tribes around them all marveled in admiration. Although each of them was proud and lofty, they couldn’t help but bow their heads in the face of such extraordinary talent. The gap was simply too great.

“Will the fifth defeat of the Celestial Rift Demon Butterfly make it surrender?”

“Vroom”

The void trembled violently as the demon butterfly, adorned with dazzling patterns, flapped its wings lightly and flew hundreds of feet away in an instant. It sliced through a low mountain and flew straight through it.

The onlookers gasped in awe. The divine insect was incredibly powerful; with just one flap of its wings, it sent a brilliant light soaring to the heavens. If Shi Yi weren’t here, who could rival it?

The demon butterfly landed on a mountain peak, its entire body glowing as if it was meditating. This caused a resonance between heaven and earth, with endless essence frantically flowing towards it, making it appear as if it was igniting.

Finally, the demon butterfly flapped its wings again and flew back, its wings flashing with thunder and lightning, causing the clouds and mists in the area to roil, with blazing light piercing the sky.

“It’s going to attack again. Is it going for a final desperate effort after challenging continuously for a day?”

The descendant of the ancient demon god was furious and was preparing for a final showdown. After a series of defeats, it was indignant and would spare no effort, using all of its divine power.

The demon butterfly’s body glowed brilliantly, its wings like two celestial swords crossing towards Shi Yi.

Boom

Even from a distance, the thunderous roar was painfully deafening, and the lightning seemed to smash down like a sea of stars. Endless electric light danced, dazzling and intimidating.

The demon butterfly’s divine techniques were astounding, leaving spectators stunned and their hair standing on end.

Shi Yi stood there like a god. The radiant light enveloped him, his hair flying, and his eyes shining with a chilling light, resembling a deity descending from the heavens.

He made no unnecessary movements. He simply raised his right hand and pointed towards the sky. At that moment, his entire body was shrouded in mist, mingling with the twilight, swelling and sweeping over the world.

Boom

At the same time, dark clouds covered the area above his head, thunder roaring, and enormous lightning appeared, striking down.

“He has also used lightning techniques. How powerful!”

The crowd was astonished but finally relieved. Shi Yi had previously used this technique, and they were waiting to see if he would deploy a sixth technique. That would have been truly astounding.

“This is the Rain Clan’s technique, a sacred art from his mother’s family.”

Shi Yi used lightning against the thunder. This technique was extremely terrifying, with raindrops resembling crystalline petals fluttering in the sky while the lightning was extraordinarily violent.

“The power of this technique in his hands is clearly much stronger than when used by the Rain Clan.”

People marveled, acknowledging that a prodigious talent like him could significantly enhance any divine art he wielded, making it far more powerful and out of reach for others.

“Possessing five great divine techniques, any of which could serve as a clan’s supreme treasure.”

Shi Yi, bathed in lightning and radiance, fought against the demon butterfly like a deity, both using lightning energy to clash with each other.

This was the most intense battle, filled with the utmost ferocity and vitality, with lightning falling like a starry river, creating an incredibly dazzling scene.

Everyone covered their ears, as the sound waves were terrifyingly intense, almost shattering eardrums. The electric light surged like a storm, causing endless thunderous waves.

The spectators were dazzled and stunned. The level of mastery in talisman techniques had reached a divine state, and the battle between these two was nothing short of epic.

Even the offspring of gods would be astonished. Shi Yi and the demon butterfly were too powerful.

“If I remember correctly, the King of Warriors’ mansion has only two supreme techniques. The rest are auxiliary minor divine arts. How could he master five clan-supreme techniques?”

“Aren’t these all recorded by the King of Warriors’ mansion?”

“The King of Warriors’ mansion lacks minor divine arts, but having even one supreme technique is rare for a large clan.”

The crowd murmured. With only three techniques known—the two supreme techniques of the King of Warriors’ mansion and the Rain Clan’s sacred art—where did Shi Yi learn the other two?

People were puzzled but could only sigh. A prodigious talent like him would naturally have his own great opportunities.

Moreover, the King of Warriors was no ordinary person. He had competed for the position of Emperor in his youth and was incredibly powerful. Even though he hadn’t appeared for many years, people wouldn’t forget him. Perhaps he had already obtained one or two secret divine techniques and passed them down in secret, unknown to the outside world.

Boom

The demon butterfly was sent flying. Its lightning was strong, not weaker than Shi Yi’s, but it was ultimately defeated.

Those with reincarnated eyes were frightening. A pair of eyes could magnify every tiny flaw and then attack ruthlessly. As long as given a slight chance, they would inevitably destroy everything.

“Swish”

As the lightning dissipated, the demon butterfly, unwilling to concede, transformed into a streak of light and charged forward. Its wings, like two celestial swords, were so brilliant that they were blinding, and they radiated killing light.

The divine light on those wings burst forth, sweeping forward again and again, shattering the mountain peaks and valleys, causing them to collapse with a thunderous roar.

The crowd was horrified and couldn’t help but shiver.

Those dazzlingly bright butterfly wings were indeed like two celestial swords, extremely sharp, and the emitted light was unbreakable, slashing towards Shi Yi.

Shi Yi remained unafraid. His eyes opened wide, emitting terrifying patterns, accompanied by divine sounds. A hazy radiance composed of mysterious symbols enveloped the area in front of him.

This scene was astonishing, as if the heavens were being opened. The hazy light resembled chaotic energy, surging and roaring.

“Reincarnated Eyes Open the Heavens,” someone exclaimed.

The rumors were indeed true. Shi Yi’s eyes possessed boundless mysterious divine power that could subdue his enemies. His eyes revealed divine light, stabilizing the universe.

The demon butterfly struggled but was ultimately immobilized, its wings growing dim, unable to emit any sword light. The entire world fell into tranquility.

“What else do you have?” Although the Celestial Rift Demon Butterfly was restrained, it was not panicked. Its voice was cold and surprisingly feminine.

Shi Yi remained silent, his entire body glowing. With a thunderous roar, various symbols appeared around him. Most terrifyingly, several celestial realms emerged, containing beings akin to deities.

In one celestial realm was a five-colored peacock, spreading its wings and singing, shimmering with dazzling light, powerful and awe-inspiring.

In another realm was a fierce beast resembling a divine tiger, with dragon horns and a body that radiated brilliance. It roared and bared its teeth.

In a third realm was a golden roc, seemingly forged from gold, with eyes like lightning and a body glowing with golden light, like an ancient deity reappearing.

In the fourth realm...

There were a total of five celestial realms glowing, each housing a terrifying creature. The five-colored peacock, the fierce beast, the golden roc, and others surrounded Shi Yi, their radiant light creating a dazzling spectacle. They made him appear as the king of all gods, looking down upon the world.

The crowd was amazed. This was the manifestation of divine techniques refined to an extraordinary level. The mysteries of the five great divine techniques were beyond measure, but each technique had been distilled into a single symbol, nourishing a divine beast in each celestial realm.

“One symbol, one supreme technique.”

“One celestial realm nurtures one supreme being.”

People gasped in astonishment. This was truly terrifying; only those with extraordinary talent and a profound understanding of talismans could manifest such a phenomenon.

“Indeed, reincarnated eyes are worthy of their name. Such people, if they continue to grow normally, are comparable to ancient saints and divine beings,”

The powerful individuals from various tribes trembled in awe. This human youth was simply invincible.

Outside the crowd, the small figure took out a handful of golden sand and stuffed it into his mouth, chewing away with a blank expression.

On his hair, a stone as large as a fingertip, smooth and warm as jade, shimmered with a faint golden light. Seeing this, it immediately wailed, “Wasn’t that left for me? Why are you eating it again?”

“Eat it, eat it, refine it all,” the small figure muttered to himself, chewing the crystalline grains and mumbling, “I really wish I could be two or three years older.”

“No matter what, you can’t eat divine sand. You really can’t digest it,” the Stone of Gods said, feeling heartbroken at the sight of such waste.

“You don’t understand,” the small figure replied. Although he was chewing the golden sand, he was somewhat distracted, his mind filled with countless thoughts and memories from the past.

The Stone of Gods was astonished, observing the small figure eating the sand, and suddenly felt that he must have something deeply buried in his heart. It seemed that despite his apparent cruelty, he was relentlessly striving to enhance his strength.

“That divine-like youth is your opponent?” the Stone of Gods asked.

The small figure tapped it with a thud and said, “I am invincible.”

The Stone of Gods protested, “If you hit me again, I’ll leave.”

The small figure grabbed it and put it in his mouth, biting down, “You’ve eaten so many good things; you must have a lot of divine essence. I want to see what it tastes like.”

“Help!” the Stone of Gods screamed, as the fierce child was indeed gnawing at it.

Shi Yi released the Celestial Rift Demon Butterfly again, allowing it to fly into the depths of the Heavenly Bone Forbidden Zone, disappearing into the mist. The reincarnated eyes followed suit, vanishing from view.

Boom

Half an hour later, a deafening explosion shook the entire small world, causing it to tremble and glow. The pathways between regions began to blur, all the golden portals quickly dimmed and then vanished completely.

The regions of the small world merged together, no longer needing those golden pathways to traverse between them.

The true Hundred Breaks Mountain appeared as a whole, no longer segmented into pieces.

This was the end of the current opening period. To enter again would require waiting for a hundred years. This also meant that the real danger had arrived.

Historically, when regions connected, not only did clashes among geniuses become common, but the most terrifying aspect was that the indigenous creatures within Hundred Breaks Mountain would begin their hunt.

“Roar”

A deep roar echoed, shaking the heavens and earth. In the depths of the major mountain ranges, a terrifying aura emanated, causing the entire mountain range to quake.

These powerful beings, these indigenous creatures, many of whom had been confined to small areas, were now fully liberated and crazily rushing out of their territories.

It seemed as though they had received some kind of command to start slaughtering the external geniuses who had intruded.

“Woo”

A group of enormous bats flapped their wings, emitting a howling sound. Each was as large as a pterosaur, emerging from a sealed abyss and spreading across the sky, attacking in all directions.

A silver leopard woke from a mist-covered valley, rising to its full height of several hundred meters. Its silver scales gleamed as it leaped and landed on a peak, causing the mountaintop to collapse under its mighty claws.

Crack

An active volcano erupted, and a crimson-red bull charged out, treading on lava. Its roar shook the small world, causing the surrounding mountains and rivers to crack open.

“These outsiders have been digging for spiritual herbs and scavenging treasures here for too long. It’s time for our feast to begin,” a beast with turquoise eyes and golden pupils spoke.

It emerged from a large lake, resembling a qilin, with deer antlers, covered in red scales, a tail like a steel whip, sharp claws, and a body glowing with a reddish hue. Mist and radiant light enveloped it.

On a great mountain, a peacock and a golden roc stood side by side, looking down upon the mountains and rivers. They then erupted in divine light, causing the mountain to split apart. They spread their wings and soared into the sky.
